Terms of Service

1. The service

AOYBN provides a subscription platform for trucking and logistics companies, including dispatch, driver portal and app, tracking, invoicing, EZbooks accounting, shop, fuel, IFTA, HR, safety, brokerage, trip packs, After Hours and related modules. Each company's data is kept separate from other companies.

2. Accounts

The company owner is responsible for all users, drivers and devices they add, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information entered. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Modules are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Only the company owner can subscribe, change modules, update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel and reactivate, using the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Dispatch is billed per truck per month. Every truck that is on your roster for more than 72 hours at any point during a calendar month is billable for that month, regardless of whether it is later marked unused, inactive or retired, changed to another unit type, or deleted. Trucks added and removed within 72 hours are not billed. The billable truck count is updated on your subscription before each renewal. Deliberately hiding, removing or misclassifying trucks to avoid charges is a violation of these terms.

Tracking is billed at $10 per month for each unit that has a tracking device assigned for more than 72 hours during a calendar month, on the same basis as Dispatch trucks. Tracking devices are a one-time purchase (standard $175, solar $250) with no monthly device fee.

Prices are set in and charged by Stripe and may change with notice. If a payment fails your account becomes past due; accounts that remain unpaid may be suspended until paid.

Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by AOYBN. Stripe is used only to bill you for AOYBN; the platform does not provide payment processing for your own customers or products.

4. Location tracking and messaging

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from drivers for location tracking. Tracking links shared with brokers or customers show location only after the driver marks a load in route, and include a load-only message thread. Route history, tracking-link messages and lumper requests are kept until 15 days after a load is marked paid, then deleted.

5. Automated scanning and calculations

Rate confirmations, fuel card statements, receipts, pay statements and other documents may be read with automated and AI tools. Extracted data, detention, accessorial, IFTA, tax, payroll and accounting figures are provided as aids and must be reviewed by you before use. You remain responsible for your filings, invoices and payments.

6. ELD disclaimer

The ELD module is provided for record-keeping convenience and is not certified with FMCSA. It must not be relied on as a registered electronic logging device for compliance.

7. Your data

You own the data you enter. Sensitive accounting, driver and load data is encrypted. We keep automated backups for disaster recovery. CPA and tracking links you create give read-only access to the people you share them with; you are responsible for sharing them appropriately.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another company's data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOYBN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
